Atomic habits are best, you will burn out quick if you try to run everyday like she suggested. An atomic habit you would get out and walk everyday till that was your habit, at that point maybe even weeks later you begin to run. This creats a steadier and surdier foundation to build on. Same for meditation, work on breathing first. Learn to sit close your eyes and breath in slow 5 seconds through your nose and same 5 seconds out of your mouth 8x. Small habits first guys, jumping right into a things makes it just as easy to jump right out

I am a teenager but the problem is that i dont have a room of my own (not that we cant afford it or anything)
i share a room with three siblings. It is hard to study for tests properlly as the tv voulme is always really loud and my siblings are always fighting and im the oldest so im the one who is supposed to take care of them. I really need my personal space
I would really appreciate it if you would take your time and wright an advice for me remeberimg that im not so close to my parents

Guys, this comment is apart of the video.
The thing is that I feel like I might be good as a psychologist, I helped people with tips and telling them what they can change so what they do doesn't feels so stressful, (like thar taxi driver who hears your problems. I think that I can be a psychologist and help people at a cheap price being at the same time good at it, (I don't believe that I'm the best at it, I just feel like I might have talent to help more than one person.

Hi, sorry I know this isnt really about the video but I really want to know what I can do when me and my crush dont really talk. Not because we arent friends but because my crush is new to my class and only has 2 friends. Is there anything I could do to get him to talk to me or for him to like me without me having to talk to him just yet. Sorry this is really long but I really wanna know if I can do anything.

I think 80-20 principle for a day is incorrect. Sometime I spend almost a day for completing an assignment or project. Most of the time goes into failed attempts. These failure are the first steps to success. Always part of your time is spend in learning and executing. Success is more like a destination.

I dont get it why is social media always brought up in a light where scrolling at pictures can make you question your self worth if I see a picture of someone having a good life I'm happy for the them its not like my lifes so bad and I never feel jealous of successful people, I guess thats just me then.

4: 38 as a student, I personally use 80/20 by doing a homework, stop when I started to feel lazy or slow (instead of forcing myself to keep doing it, then go do other homework or something else.
This makes me stop thinking too hard on that one question, and done more homework faster.

I started working out last year and got into playing guitar, and recently started high school wrestling. My life has been a lot better and happier compared to my depressed lonely self a little over a year ago.
