I know that this may not be a video to post this comment under but, i need really share my story, it's just, getting weird
Ok so I'm still a minor, and i had some really bad thoughts, like su! cide, and just hurting myself, the e-lessons made these thoughts, yes, I felt so alone, my grades were droping, and it wasn't a good time for me, it was so hard that sandwiches, just weren't an option if I wanted to make them by myself, cuz there was a knife involved, my health wasn't getting better, but in like past few months I was getting better, I cut off a guy that made me stress, found a type of game that I could just relax and enjoy and it's good, but, do you remember when I told you about the knife? I started liking them, cuz of blood, yes, blood, pain, I'm afraid of becoming some type of beast, if it keeps on coming, I don't think I will hold a knife for a long time, I'm just scared for myself, I wasn't able like a year ago, and now I'm even more terryfied.

I've been doing all of this for years, a lot of time I just want to. end things.
Even though I've been doing all of it, three stood out.
Overworking, I've been taking on extra shifts left and right, telling myself it's good for the extra money but in reality it's not worth it to work myself to death for some paper.
Bottling up, it always leads to an outburst and I keep losing people because of it.
And looking at other's successfulness. I've always wanted to be. worth it, someone with friends or a kind of fan base, someone who's good at something or enjoyable to be around. It's why I hate watching streamers and Vtubers, I'm envious, I guess the word is.

Yeah but in any job today your value is pinned to how many tasks you can complete in a workday and how much you can get get done. The value is placed on always being busy not on enjoying the work. You are to get it done as quickly as possible so that you can move on to the next task. If you complete everything you are not Rewarded with a job well done you then have to fight for your job because now there isnt enough work to warrant paying someone. You cant joke around you cant laugh you cant be happy its head down keep working until you burn out.

I have all these Habits, and I'm actually aware that I'm unhappy, i honestly became like this because of the people around me, they've gaslighting me, Narcissist, Toxic, And i don't know how to become happy again, i didn't even have a clear insight of my dreams and goals. Specially in my new work I'm really struggling with it, they're all the same, TOXIC making me feel Not Welcome, the wrong one to the point i feel suffocated everyday! I'm trying my best not to feel this way but it's just can't.

I think my childhood has scarred me because I never addressed it until recently. Like 4 weeks ago, recently. My time in the military I think has also affected me. I've tried talking to people but I feel like it's not really helping. Im just complaining about my problems.
All I do is drink and drink and drink to cope and not have to deal with my thoughts. I just want it to stop man.

I just can't be happy this month. I kept getting bad luck to the point where I'm too scared to be happy. I'm too exhausted to even do anything simple but none of my friends understand me. Instead, they said something like You didn't do anything tho, Nah, you're just lazy, You're so dramatic.
Sometimes I really just wanted to escape from reality.

I remember how working constantly became more bothersome and less gratifying after years of never really going anywhere. It's easy to resent what you didn't do, or could have done, or wanted to do. Sometimes it's more difficult to work past things if you don't know what you are supposed to work on first and how to go about it.

I've in fact have all of these and still do it today I never let these show in public places because I'm always that one kid laughing and having fun but at home I have this a lot and don't tell anyone about my problems because I feel like my family won't understand because they have never had any of these

Now pretend you're autistic. All eight of these symptoms are dialed up (from a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest) to an extreme 11 or maybe 12. The fact of the matter is, there are people out there who are like this. Yes, I can say that was me at one point in time, but I praise God that is no longer me.

My ex is one of the people who constantly see the grass greener on the other side. He says that talking about winning the lottery motivates him to make more money, but he is so focused on what he doesn't have to be able to appreciate the things he does have.

up in the middel of the night?
can't shut that mind down?
SAY THIS TO YOUR SELF.
WHAT will be my NEXT thought.
EVERY TIME you get a repeat urge try this and I bet it will work for most. I have cement for brains and it defiantly HELPS for me!

I would like to address number 4 where you speak about people isolating.
Take a moment to consider a BLIND person who is a nonsmoker, does not partake in alcohol, is allergic to animals. This closes many and leads to forced oscillation.

they say that comparing yourself to another person might be the hardest but for me its overthinking, i stress so much over things because i overthink and there seems like solutions to everything in this video except for my overthinking

I was told by an old therapist that imagining the thing that scares you (being a traumatic effect or a visual that displays your worry about something) to imagine it over and over again. That made me feel worse

Im guilty of ALL eight. My mind is so active at night I can barely sleep four hours. I compare myself to others, tend to be sad when I shouldnt, tend to think negatively even when Ive done something right, all of it.

Anyone else have like all of these signs! I didn't think I overworked myself, I've always thought i was lazy or depressed. But I do have all the symptoms of overworking yourself and am very hard on myself.

Anybody that lives in real life today is going to be unhappy, naturally. It is the clueless people that are happy today. There is little to be happy about today. It is quite disgusting what society has become.

Honestly, whenever I'm not happy with my progress, I'm just called selfish or they'll say get over it, it's the best you can do anyways it just makes me feel worse, which is why I almost never talk to people

Lived with a narcissist for a long time. Bad memories always pop into my head without warning. I try not to dwell on them, but I catch myself doing it. I just wish they'd go away so I can move on.
