When I was in middleschool and highschool (7years in total) I had one crush allthroughout. I was a timid introvert since day one, any extroversion I had before was bullied out of me fast and I wanted to disappear into my videogames at home. My crush was just so perfect to me I wouldnt dare show any signs, though I probably made it obvious I was trying to not notice her and avoid eye contact. The affect her presence had on me was severe, my brain would panic, and id be ashamed of myself because I was in no state personally or socially to date, it was torture. If she had ever asked me out, my brain probably would have short circuited and died because she was the true love fantasy and she was unobtainable in my head, like hardwired. The one time in 7 years I had a conversation with her my head was exploding with all emotions to the max all at once and I know I was being very cringey talking about busses, she walked off to get away from me lol, that memory haunts me. So yeah, love can be crippling to some of us, and I wonder if I can even have a crush again and if it would affect me the same way.
I guess what Im asking is, is this normal or do I have a condition? I know I had adhd.

Unfortunatly when I did tell her how I felt, she told me she liked someone else. Not the result I wanted, but it's ok. I still love her very much as a person and friend.

Recently got closer to a friend I know since about 1, 5 years. Since then we write and check on each other everyday and when we hung out for the first time watching a movie at her home, we cuddled the whole time together and my blood pressure shot up and my hands were literally wet because I was so nervous. Idk if she is just nice and sees me as a very close friend cause I know she's very very kind and loving. I'll meet her today within our friend-group at a party so I'll see if we get closer to each other again.

Exactly people do all these wierd antics when they approach me.
People of all ages be young or old, opposite or same gender finds ways to start conversation.
and when they talk to me and do such acts.
It reminds me how THEY would have stood in front of me when we would have been talking.
While thinking so about THEM I blush at the thought and people think I am smiling at them.

Ummmmm the smiling part is something I have with this girl who works at a coffee shop, i have catched her staring multiple times and her just smiling at me so much. Better yet, when she was done working and walked out the door we smiled at each other, but then when she walked out the door I turned around to look outside the windows and catched her staring at me. Does she notice me?
