In high school I used to hangout with the same group of people, mostly girls and a few guys, and we'd always be at my place due to me having the basement to myself and being a safe space for whatever ya wanna do. I was too shy to ever act on any feelings back then, but I know for sure at least a few of the girls were interested in me at various points throughout the years. Not only was there some kind of propinquity effect in play, but also the fact that I had a steady diet of mainly fruit, veggies and nuts as I had home-made smoothies almost every day. The third whammy to the combo is my innate nervousness that persists to this day.

Nervousness is actually not that surprising, as it shows that they scared they might mess it up in front of someone they care about and don't want to have an awkward relationship with, while being confident on a first date may be somewhat attractive to a certain group of people, but it can be taken to others as if the other person doesn't care much about them and doesn't want a close or caring relationship.
Why do I know all this?

Regarding tip number 1, an animal-free whole foods plant-based has been shown repeatedly to have lots of health benefits.
I confirm I now have a pleasant body odour even if I'm hot and sweaty. One of the benefits of not eating the rotting corpses of innocent beings that were tortured and killed, whose flesh is filled with hormones, adrenaline and cortisol, I guess.
Better blood flow is another one, you guys should know what I mean.

One issue, the visuals when you are talking about the right/left ear at 5: 28, the left error is show right after that and the brain hemisphere displayed are all reversed. Just thought you'd like to know.

My mom told me that personality can change a person's appearance. If the person is not really found attractive, but they are a good person and very nice, It could change your view on their appearance. Yes its not about what's on the outside, but on the inside sorta thing. Like if a person is attractive, but a horrible person, they are not as attractive as before.

No. 3 is funny bcI personally tend to develop hate towards people that I see every day. It happens after a few weeks/months. This says maybe more abt the people in my area than abt me or it actually says sth abt me idk. I'm quickly bored. Maybe I need to move into a different place a few times per year

5: 28 they show a left ear on the right side of the screen but over the figures left ear while saying it is a right ear. My brain got confused by talking about a right ear and showing a left one.

I think they got the experiment results wrong on #3. Its opportunity cost, I crossed a dangerous bridge so I better get something from it. -mentality. They need to vary the experiment.
