By having a deep look into myself, I could have 5 out of 6 inner red flags. I go through all of those on a day to day basis, and having people that talk down on me instead of trying to bring me up doesn t really help at all.
It feels like I need to find people who are willing to hear my problems. and. maybe get rid of my Red Flags, despite how hard it might be.

I have a question though, why do i always keep myself in a miserable state. I know its bad for me and it definitely does suck, but it also mor comfortable for me than being happy. I dont why why being happy makes me uncomfortable and nervous snd why being bummed out isn't. Do you know what could be up?

Avoidance is the only red flag on the list for me. Nothing else applies. Nobody even knows me. I quit being social the 8th of August 2000. The negatives outnumber the positives tremendously. This, I just walked away from the worthless social aspect of life. I require no friends.

Think there's a mistake in the narration at 00: 13 - 00: 14. Think it should match up with the quote on screen, .all the red flags just look like flags. Rather than, .all the red flags just look like red flags. Was a very memorable line from Bojack: )

Meh I probably do most of these and probably have many more red flags besides, which is one of many reasons I want to lock myself away and never talk to anyone or get close to anyone ever.

Number 6, well I guess a lot of us struggle with that. But numbers 1 3 and 4 are what I need to work on. 1 goes up rarely, it's getting better but 3 and 4 are hard to get rid of

What if someone projects their red flags on us spiritually? I can feel my parents judgment about me and it makes me feel very uncomfortable

Another red flags in me besides these is feeling superior towards others. Yeah, I have a superior complex and it's also a red flag in myself
