Two Countries which you failed to mention were Papua New Guinea and Tibet which are two countries which have been occupied against the will of its peoples. Papua is not Irian Jaya and Tibet is not Autonomise Tibet.

An Indonesian here to scale of time i thought America is very big but when they said to state by state drive took few minutes, if i go from the capital (Jakarta) to my grandma's house (surabaya) it would taken me 12 hrs -without traffic and noticed how going from new New York to Tennessee is like 14 hours
