I see myself as a hybrid Darwinist/Christian. I am staunchly antimaterialist and believe firmly in the human soul, given by God, which separates us and gives us dominion over all the other beasts. We did not evolve spirituality or develop religion as a cope; rather, it was something intentional put there by God, and that natural connection to the divine was severed at Eden and people have been trying to reconnect that part of themselves since. At the same time, a lot of our bones, meat, and muscle are similar with other animals so we should expect humans to behave like animals if their souls are not connected to divinity. The Darwinist idea of natural selection can be viewed as examples of God's sovereignty over Creation. If you view the world as a beautiful, complicated, and creative place as I do, even if it did come about through millions of years of evolution, there is undeniably intention, beauty, and creativity behind it.
That being said, God gave us the natural world to learn about Himself, and about us. He told us how to live through Biblical Scripture. It's funny how much evolutionary psychology has vindicated Christianity as an evolutionary advantageous religion. EvoPsych says that people are happiest when they are in small communities with shared values and have a religion with rituals and taboos to follow. Christianity is an urban religion that flourished in cities because it allowed people to form those communities even in large cities. When the congregation got to big, God would call people to become missionaries and to go out into the world and preach the Gospel.
I think there's a way to meld Chrisitianity and Darwinism without contradiction. The main argument will be what doctrine takes precedence and adapts when a contradiction does appear. (I lean towards giving Christianity dominance since it's divine and the words of the Creator will always be truer than the discoveries and theories of the created) There is a way to spread it in a way that appeals both to Christian fundamentalists and the secular masses.

The rise of Homo Cyderia, or whatever name they'll be given, is, at this point, inevitable. The only halt to it would have to be biblical, no pun intended, outlawing of it. As it is, I, personally, believe there are already significant enough differences to warrant sub-species classifications for homo sapien (which there already are, but it's not considered PC to talk about that. The idea that all 8. 3 billion of us being the exact same sub-species is laughable to me, not because of rassict reasons, but for the fact that we could be learning more and advancing, in a positive way, medicine and healthcare, to say the least. The, relatively, small population with wralth and power, vying for control of this world and us, want the exact opposite though. So they attack with an ideology rife with confliction; confusing and dumbing down large swathes, to retain enough of that power and control themselves.
Conspiracy minded Maybe, but it makes as much sense as someone with an apple and banana pretending they don't.

Don't forget the spreading of flat Earthism which I ended up arguing against in the black pill sphere. What is happening is there is a backlash against the gate keepers of science destroying faith in God and spirtuality causing mass decadents. People are willing to embrace old models and ideas because they think they have been betrayed and lied to. They crave something. We have people denying current teachings of biology, gravity, physics, history, etc. This kind of rebellion across the board in society cannot be good. There has to be some kind of coherence. It will defiantly lead to a decline in understanding. On the flip side it seems that the obsession over AGI is another attempt at the tower of babel. Instead trying to reach God by building a tower we try to gain God via emerging AI. It will be your own personal God too. Oh never mind I just reached 25: 00 in your video as I was typing

Clickbait. Most of the populace are not fanatics. Christianity is preaches non violence and is divided, Marxism is literally coopted by Billionaires, Technocrats and Marxists are really the same faction and although Technocrats will gain more power they could never deal with America's Militia Traditions. And the Far Right much like Christianity is not gonna gain power due to division and the fact that the United States has always valued freedom and decentralization. So only Moderates from these two factions would seize power in the event of Societal Decay. If Social decay does not occur then Technocrats (and puppet Marxists) gain power in Dense Urban Regions but will never have the capability for total control because if they push too far they get overthrown. The United States will Likely not have any rapid or drastic changes as The Ultra Wealthy controls both Parties.

The answer is to combine the Monroe pill with Darwinism. We live in a darwinistic world but everything alive from moss to the individuals of advanced NVC communicating alien empires are in a multi life darwinistic struggle to become more like god. Raise their vibrational frequencies in consecutive circles. The perpous of God's creation is to learn. When you kill for the sake of killing and learn nothing new, you go to hell and regress in the next life. It is only ok to kill when you learn something new or improve your previous knowledge.

What I remember about the rise of the Empire is. is how quiet it was. During the waning hours of the Clone Wars, the 501st Legion was discreetly transferred back to Coruscant. It was a silent trip. We all knew what was about to happen, what we were about to do. Did we have any doubts Any private, traitorous thoughts Perhaps, but no one said a word. Not on the flight to Coruscant, not when Order 66 came down, and not when we marched into the Jedi Temple. Not a word. - Operation: Knightfall Knightfall - Star Wars Battlefront II (2005)

I've been posting everywhere for the last 8 years that the political Left are secular religious extremists who worship power and government.
This is most obvious and evident in their reaction to Trump taking office in 16 (and since. They lost their ever loving sh t.
They treat him like he's the root and source of all that is evil. He's their ultimate heretic because he sat in the holy shrine of the Oval Office and defiles it. They've declared a holy war on him and anyone near him or connected to him.

I am a traditional Catholic. The war between darwinist and the Christian nationalist is occurring. I witnessed a conversation of a person I thought was a Christian nationalist explain to a white nationalist why he should pretend to be a Christian nationalist for purposes of further achieving their racial goals. This was a bit shocking, but it makes sense as chirstian nationalist have made significantly more political progress in the United States.

From the moment I understood the weakness of my flesh,
it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the Blessed Machine.
Your kind cling to your flesh, as if it will not decay and fail you. One day the crude biomass that you call a temple will wither, and you will beg my kind to save you. But I am already saved, for the Machine is immortal
. even in death I serve the Omnissiah.

Another great video, sad to see self-development not reaching a larger audience and becoming a religion, as I personally think something that puts exercise, diet, and living habits as core tenants something worth socializing about. But alas, this is just a small group that focuses on the self for now instead of making entire religion-like social framework changes to systematically better society.

We need a new crusade. We are the only one not fighting anyways, this time our Reformation has to be from white bread nice guys to Fierce Warriors for Christ ready to defend the faith from Heretics of all sorts by any means necessary. In fact I would say this modern infusion of Darwinism is probably the birth of that very Reformation.

Haven't watched yet. Just wanted to say I'm always happy to see a new video by you. I often disagree with facets of what you say, but you always make a good argument for your perspective and you cover interesting stuff in general and I agree with much of what you say. I enjoy having my perspective challenged, at least sometimes: )

12: 25 I am a software developer and it took 20 years for me to accept that much of what I do to algorithms is basically being a tool for evolution to guide the results by putting selective pressure, I am not a God creator/engineer capable of actually designing software, software designs itself. Its hard to accept darwinism

You are right - we are all a mix (I'm half Darwin / half machine) and of course we all can rationalize it. I was reading a history book that quoted from a letter written by a German (in WW2) that he missed the muscular, optimistic Christianity of France and Britain (pre WW1) and thought they were now aimless.

People still haven’t noticed that science has become a religion. We are told we must listen to scientists they know everything. Also I’m so sick of Marxism, communism, liberalism and Fascism they are all terrible it’s time to start putting conservatives in charge.

Half of all human nature is genetic
Hence the need for eugenics. CS Lewis wrote about this in _The Abolition of Man. _ It has been the goal ever since Darwin. All of their efforts are bent on it. It's in the writings of HG Wells, dystopian sci-fi. Even _Star Trek_

I'm interested in the global IQ theory. I feel like Japan and China with their very pattern based gaming culture (Go, pachinko, chess, etc) would absolutely excel at traditional IQ tests, while an African bushman, lacking this sort of concept, would fail tragically
