Some bosses require dirty tricks to beat. At the end of the day you-ve got to do whatever you can to win, right? Here are our favorite examples of bosses bested by unsavory tactics

Duke Nukem 3d, I worked out where the first scenerio Battlelord would not be triggered to attack me, but be vulnerable to attacks.
Next scenerio, fell into the water running from the missile spamming Overlord, and noticed he stopped shooting. Apparently, he couldn't look down.
I just floated there and slowly fired off rockets.
Actually didn't feel cheap doing so either. I was using a Microsoft 3d pro flight stick to play the game, you see. In my ignorance, this is how I thought game should be played. Did not strafe at all, used full body turns for every action of aiming and moving.
Managed to beat all three campaigns like this using a combination of save scumming and finding every dirty trick in the book. More fun then you'd think, looking back.

When Destiny came out and the Vault of Glass raid was new the meta way to beat the Templar and Atheon was to get a bunch of warlocks and have them void bomb and vortex made spam them but Titans could do it as well and being a sunslinger to spam Nades was so much better you could also do it to Crota in the second raid but he was easy enough as is

As bonus you could mention dark souls 1 prepare to die edition
Stuff like:
- You can shoot manos before you enter the fog (He is under the bridge, in the dark abyss you can see his glowing eyes)
- Gwyn is scared of fire whips (or whatever was this pyromancy called), you just spam it and gwyn doesn't fight back

I feel like these people don-t play the games lol I-m sekiro you don-t really win by draining the health by you have to build the posture bar up. Now taking some of their health down does help get the posture bar up but, primarily your gonna win by deflecting putting pressure on the bosses to build posture

I would appreciate a list of games mentioned. Don't need timestamps because if there's at least one game I care about then I will watch the whole thing. But I am not likely to watch when I don't know what the games are because after the first couple of minutes I figure there's nothing I am interested in.

You know, I though this is about using Bug/ Real dirty tricks to fight the Difficult boss the -fast way-. Like make Gyoubu Oniwa run toward the cliff and fall off. Or drop the cargo on top of the god damn sniper in Metal Gear Solid. What you have here is just standard bosses fight

What about the X-men on Sega Genesis? After you fight Mojo, you have to -reset- Gamers roamed around for endless hours trying to figure out what to do next in the game until somebody figured out you have to actually press the reset button on the console to progress.

I guess father Gascoigne could be on this list? Just use the music box his daughter gives to you and he stops in his tracks giving you free hits. He is a rather aggressive boss so this helps alot and is sort of dirty as well.

Ramirez original manhunt-your supposed to chase him down all the apartment floors and then dispatch him before reinforcements show up-.or you could just one shot snipe from a window in the apartment once he makes it outside.
