Most realistic japanese graphics demo, ea teases 4 new games, & more
video description
The video would be towards the end as they get out of the subway system but still the lighting is much better now than in the 1990s and early 2000s. For real time ray tracing anyways for ray tracing you don't care about how much time it will take ie a frame a minute well ray tracing for that hasn't gotten that much better. Just how they are using it has changed. To this no gamer wants a frame rate of 1 frame per minute.
The 1 frame per minute thing could be used as a game element idea so everything is still moving thus you can't just step away but it isn't moving that fast so you have time to think and time to do whatever tasks the game puts in front of you. It will be different from the action focused game play and maybe good for horror but not the QTE event based horror nor jump scare using ones but environmental horror and body horror. So a little segment of a genre rarely actually the main focus of a game.

It's a common thing, delay a game multiple times and still release it unfinished and broken, updates ruined gaming because it gives devs a crutch to lean on and allows them to release a game in any type of state or condition they see fit with promises of fixes and updates. I hooe everyone learned from 2042, which still isnt fixed. I used to be happy hearing a game was delayed cause it meant it would be properly polished and ready, not anymore, so I'm still not holding my breath for Starfield until I play it. The industry is getting worse and worse.

I'm still just genuinely upset that Bethesda is now only Microsoft PC/Xbox. I've been a huge fan of Bethesda for the longest time but, saddened by the fact that if I want to play any future Bethesda games, I'd have to get an Xbox or get my PC updated with so much expensive components to be able to play the newer games.
I personally think it was a poor choice to get those games and titles under Bethesda into a smaller spectrum rather than keep it across all platforms.
Damned console wars!

Gotham Knights looks really blah. When you compare it to the original trailer the latest gameplay footage is a gigantic step down. The characters all look like toys, the animations are wonky and disjointed, there's a complete lack of atmosphere and the city is barren and lifeless. It's even more weird that the game will no longer be available for PS4 and Xbox One because the graphics don't appear to be anything those systems can't handle.

i was convinced konami had unofficially bowed out of the video game industry to just to make pachinko machines, and license their ips for shows and what not.
im all for them making some video games again, and i hope they make something amazing. but im also not sure if they have learned/overcame the greed that gave them the falling out with kojima/metal gear fans. so i hope for the best, but im expecting the worst.

Jake, the problem is with the digital only future is the attitude that YOU and so many others have about it. You see it's a problem and that it could (will) get worse, yet you gladly accept it!
The problem is less that the gaming industry is pushing us this way, and much more about that WE are letting them (shaking head as I write this. Your attitude is the problem Jake.

From what I read EA want to do things with their own game that wasn't allowed due to the contract with FIFA. It's likely some kind of really scummy monetisation. I wouldn't be surprised if the base game is very basic and literally everything, teams, players, stadiums etc are all sold as 'dlc'.

I agree, FIGHT NIGHT! Those were SO much fun to play. and online was amazing. just duking it out head to head with other ppl was awesome.
It was made so well. You really had to think in terms of strategy so you didn't tore out too fast etc.

That unreal game/demo was rendered on a 3090 at 7 fps and then recollcllected to be come 24 or 30 fps according to the developers. Still looks cool but we re at least 3-4 years away from graphics like that on a high end pc. I m

As Marvel Averages game failed. along comes DC with their own microtransaction failure.
Please give it a skip people. need to teach gaming companies we dont want games like this. Only way to do that is to hit their wallets.
