I like the way the victims were humanized and centered around that these were not just victims but REAL people. Too many serial killer docs and shows are more like horror movies and then sensationalize the monsters who destroys peoples lives and happiness. This show was very well done. It brought tears to my eyes.

It s does not have to be exactly accurate to real life. The creators change little details on purpose so it appears more entertaining than rather just a criminal boring documentary which we all know about Dahmer. Thus it says in the beginning based on true horrific events.

When the cop found the photos in court they said that one cop was in the room alone when he found the pictures and he walked into the other room with Dahmer and the other police and stated these are real In the show they were just all in the bedroom together.

I literally became nauseated watching the types of things this man would do! I had to skip so many of the scenes! There will never be another serial killer documentary like this one this is a watch one time and never watch again type of documentary!

Peters was phenomenal, he can definitely get an Emmy nomination for his performance, he had the look down but even the calm monotone voice too, amazing show and I can t believe that the memorial was never built for all of Dahmers victims

The wildest thing is how Dahmer actually got away with all this shit for years. How many times people were warned about him how many years was he killing. the fact that I'm black made this hit even harder

Given the real drama involved in this case, I am not surprised there needs no embellishment. How could you make this story any more dramatic anyway? Not sure there is a way to do that in this case.

This is such a deep, truly disturbing show. The acting and well depictions of the each horror events has a really Jaw dropping. I hope Evan Peters gets some serious notoriety.

I think they did a great job humanizing the victims in this show. I learned so much about each victim that I actually cried when Tony Hughes was killed. So awful.

I don't think this show sensationalized anything. It definitely didn't glorify Dahmer. It showed him as the true monster he was.
