I wont disagree with your placement of most of Sandra Bullocks films (as I just really love the actress) but I strongly dispute While You Were Sleeping being down as far as #14. That is one of my absolute favorite SB films, indeed it is one of my all time favorite romCom films, so much better (IMPO) than The Proposal, for example, and if it was my list (which I easily acknowledge it is not) I would have placed it somewhere around Miss Congeniality. (Probably ahead of it, tbh. Altho I very much like Miss Congeniality and the sequel) To my way of thinking, While You Were Sleeping belongs in the category of Sleepless in Seattle and When Harry Met Sally. Originally, Sleepless was my top film but than I started switching those 3 around depending on how I was feeling that month or that year. But thats how highly I think of that movie.

Sandra Bullock has it all really. She can play the girl next door or the timeless beauty. I can't pick which one is my favorite of hers While You Were Sleeping or Practical Magic. Lost City I have to admit was not one of my favorite movies of hers. It may have to do with the fact I don't care for Channing Tatum as an actor.

Can't believe you left out The Unforgiveable. One of her toughest and best acted roles, she plays without any of the comedic touches that have graced her previous performances. Gives us a chance to see her in a straight dramatic role, and she is riveting.

Number 10 The Lost City? Seriously? What an awful movie. I wanted my time back and my money back after that one. The only good thing about that movie was Brad Pitt. I do like Sandra Bullock as an actress just not in that movie.

The Thing Called Love is a great look at before-they-were-famous Bullock, River Phoenix, Samantha Mathis, Dermot Mulroney and Anthony Clark. The Nashville scenery is a great backdrop for this sleeper of a film.
