This looks really good. I'm so glad there isn't actual hard boiled eggs in it. To me hard boiled eggs is a food texture that shouldn't exist. I guess I feel that way after eating one to many Easter eggs when I was 12 and well. never ever again!

oh YUM! You broke so many of your rules this time though! Hahaha! This deviled egg noodle salad looks really good! Can't wait to try it! And no fussing needed with repiping normally needed for deviled eggs!

It's actually a really bad idea to serve mayo-based foods at anything where it's going to sit out for hours in the heat. It tends to go bad REAL quick, within an hour or two, if you do that in the summer.

This is my moms recipe exactly. Our family makes it all the time. Fabulously delish summer salad. We garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs, and dust with sweet paprika. Love CJs recipes!
