I totally understand all of the ingredients except olives. Then again, I abhor olives. I may just have to bastardize your recipe and leave out those disgusting little things. :P But otherwise, it does look pretty good and interesting. Last night, for the first time in my life, I ate a peanut butter and pickled onion sammich. I know. I know. But it was actually pretty good. So, this could be pretty good too! You know, without disgusting olives.

So weird u say that cuz I'm 32 and I can literally still picture it like it was yesterday when I was about 8 to 10 and saw my Grandfather sprinkle salt on watermelon once while visiting them in the summer! One of the only memories I have of my Grandfather or visiting my Grandparents down in Virginia as a child. Now I almost always sprinkle salt on watermelon.

That looks like a dish of pure yum. My Mom used to make this in a chunky salad form. Same exact ingredients. and my old grandpa turned me onto salt on apples and watermelon near 50 years ago. God rest both their wonderful souls. and Bless You for making me think of them both in that childhood taste/smell sort of way. sensory memories are special.

My friends in germany are still shocked whenever I put salt on my watermelon. They don't even want to try it but for me this is pretty much normal since I was born in an asian country and we tend to have way wider selection of tasty dishes which imcorporates many different flavors compared to most european countries.

Putting the slices on the bbq for a couple of minutes on each side to get those grill marks, crumble the Feta cheese and drizzle a little honey on top is also amazing!
You do get that weird look from you friends when they see you barbecuing watermelon, but they accept it as soon as the try it!

Watermelon and feta cheese is a delicious combination. Every summer, when it gets too hot to eat cooked stuff (like right now) we make a salad from watermelon cubes with spring onion (sliced in fine rings, feta, sunflower seeds, olive oil, salt and pepper. Super, super fresh and yummy.

Looks very tasty. But I'm now wondering if it might be even better if the watermelon slices were grilled first? Grilled watermelon is lovely and it changes the texture as well as the taste. You also get nice grill marks. I can see I shall have to investigate.

John, are you OK? This seems like a cry for help.
EDIT: Tbh tho, this looks really good. Putting it in pizza form makes it seem vaguely ridiculous, but this flavor combination seems like it would be great in salad form.

since watermelon and cheese are actually stable here in summer, I find this very palatable but we use Cottage cheese i. e Quraish minced with some oil and green peppers and spread it on bread with watermelon cubes.

Feta is the the only cheese that produces the proper appropriate sourness as well as saltiness that so beautifully works with watermelon. Iam 44 years old and been eating this for at least 35+ years.
