THANK YOU! they look delicious and easy to vegan-ize! for the sushi balls i could substitute thin marinated slices of tempeh or sliced mushroom. for the steamed buns i could substitute fried shiitake mushrooms, tofu or tempeh. :-)

What kind of cooking pot were you using for the steam buns? Is it the same you would use for Spaghetti? Great recipe as always by the way! The porkbelly-bits were my favorite!

the sushi rice is supposed to be presented as pretty as it looks. the iron fork tends to break the rice when you stir on it. I suggest you to use wooden spoon
