Looks like a very tasty meal. However the format/editing of the video really put me off. This is like the most hipster cooking video I've seen. Firstly, the ingredients was difficult for me to read at the beginning and it kept moving, so I'd like to see better and clearer text on that. The lighting was very distracting with the sun glaring. The music was a bit too jolly, as if it was the start of a teen comedy show. The camera shaking everywhere and taking ages to focus really put me off. I would love to see your next video be very straightforward. You seem like a nice bloke who is very passionate about cooking

Just in case you don't get to read one of the million comments pointing out the hypocrisy of healthy bacon when it has been shown to increase your risk of cancer and the total ignoring of scientific evidence showing gluten is not bad at all for you, here's another one. Eating healthy is important. But the only way to know if something is healthy is through science. You guys are ignoring science in the name of food fads. I'm expecting collaborations with Food Babe telling us how toxic sugar is while advising us to eat honey. which is sugar. Or how we should only eat stuff we can pronounce. Sad.

. Every time people point out that somehing is Gluten free, when by logic there is no way for it to contain gluten, I get somewhat angry. Sweetpotatoes and an egg don't contain Gluten? WHAT! REALLY! . I'm sorry. I don't care about Gluten, but it's a choice. But these Moments make me feel like people that avoid Gluten just don't know WHAT Gluten is. They have no idea. Most of your food will always be Gluten-Free, or will only contains small amounts of Gluten.

You know, I really appreciate and love that he is doing something that he seems to be passionate about, and I hope he never stops; but, I could not finish this video. From the editing style to the lighting to his personality to the passive gluten free = always remark, it just grated on my every nerve. I apologize, but, this just was not for me. The meal looked fine enough though. :P

Some people really can't eat gluten. 99% of people can, but what's wrong with mentioning it's without gluten? The 1% needs recipes too. Sweet potato tastes great, so I don't see the problem eating it anyway. The bacon he is using is healthier than normal bacon. Not healthy- he knows that, you know that. Everything in moderation.

Don't know why there is so much hate in these comments. looks like an simple, delicious meal to me, and an easy way to add to your usual bacon and eggs if you want to. Might not be the healthiest of meals but no one is forcing you to make it or eat it! The choice is all yours. More stuff like this please: )

Hi, I like the choice of Bacon and agree that gets cooked first, I would then have started the Hash Browns, In Rings if I had 4 and the Room in the Pan. Just Before I Flip them I would start the Spinach in the other 2 Rings then add the 2 Eggs, So I would end up with 2 Stacks not 3 but who cares

Oh, quit banging on about gluten. Sure, if you're gluten-intolerant or you're cooking for somebody who is, you obviously need to avoid gluten. Otherwise, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever to care about whether there's gluten in your food.

Everyone relax with the whole bacon and healthy debate on this video. This is a great recipe and yes it just so happens that he's using a leaner cut of bacon. If it doesn't meet your standards of healthy well, then don't make it. Simple as that.

He cooks sitting crisscross applesauce. He's outside. He's using one pan. He makes minimal mess and it looks lovely. I would destroy my kitchen and part of my living room trying to do this same recipe. The results would be pizza, because I failed.
