I made this for dinner tonight along with your seasoned blanched spinach and your bok choy with doenjang side dish and they were all a big hit. This was so great to eat, and so easy to make Maangchi! Thank you! I was worried that the tablespoon of fish sauce, and teaspoon of salt wouldn't be enough to flavor the broth. I was wrong, you were right. It was perfect! Again, thank you, you've completely changed my kitchen, and pantry. xo

I literally have no food at the house except for rice and condiments. I didn't want to over spent my food so this recipe was perfect and delicious if you are under a budget! I will be buying your cook book soon thank you
