Hello Maangchi! I want to try making Napa Cabbage Kimchi with oysters. If I were to use frozen oysters, will it be alright? I'm afraid of getting food poisoning as frozen oysters aren't fresh. I supposed that I am unable to consume the freshly made Kimchi until it is fermented right if I am using frozen oysters?
