For a long time this was one of my favourite things to eat in Korea. Perfect before a night out in Hongdae, can't wait to try this recipe. Will probably add cheese to the bokkeum bap because that's how we used to have it. You're aways inspiring me to cook Korean, even made kimchi jjigae this morning! Thank you for providing delicious authentic recipes, they're like a time machine back to Seoul!

This was our favorite dish to get when we visited Chuncheon, my favorite part was towards the end we would add rice to the leftover sauce and veggies and let the rice get crispy, and of course adding udon noodles at the end.

Hello, thank you for the video! I've been missing dakgalbi so much the past few months! Also, do you remember the name of the dakgalbi restaurant? I'm excited to try all the good food when places reopen.

I like it when you give us substitutes that are easy to find. I noticed though that there's no sesame oil. Shouldn't dakgalbi have sesame oil?
