This red bean jelly is sweet, smooth, and silky, perfect for a dessert or mid-afternoon snack! Jackson: I would also choose Yanggaeng over chocolates. i have just made some Yanggaeng and they are so yummy! Just that 1 cup of sugar is a little too sweet for me, wondering if I could use less next time.

Hi Maangchi, I was wondering if it would be the same if I poured it into a glass pan and cut it after it cooled? I dont have those baking cup/cookie molds: (

I tip Maangchi, we Indians soak the red beans over night in the water and morning we again watch and cook it. then it will be really soft. try it.
