Kodari-jorim ) is a savory braised dish made with semi-dried pollock fish and radish. Emily: Hi Maanchi, I bought fish(Alaska Pollack Slice) in frozen pack from Korean grocery and cooked with your way, it is all good but during cooking, I have noticed some part of fish (fish eggs) turned green colour looking mouldy to me. So I rang up to Korean grocery shop owner and asked about it and she said, it is very normal and that part is what Korean most favourite part to eat. No idea whether or not I should eat?

It's raining here in SoCal, but not inside the house with Maangchi and her pollack fish friends. Those guys looked delicious! I am on heavy meds for a bacterial infection after some surgery, and for some reason I am craving fish all the time. A lot of fish guys are ending up in my stomach, and I feel better. Thanks guys! (And thanks, Maangchi); -)

I will try to watch your all Youtube. Thanks to you, more people became interested in Korea. I'm so proud of you. Thank you so much for letting me know the taste of Korea to foreigners. In fact, when I traveled abroad, foreigners were very interested in Korean food. Foreign teenagers are so eager to visit and wonder about the food of BTS country.

Looks so delicious like all your other dishes! Will make this, but I am not throwing away any of the head parts except for the bitter black thin strip! I grew up eating fish heads (in Bangladesh) almost every day and love eyeballs and gills (we clean the gills thoroughly.

I was raised up not to like fish heads. My mom would almost beg me to try. eeeewwwww never! I had fish head stew made Korean style and never looked back love fish head now. I've had this also very tasty side dish.

Even in the Caribbean we cook fish with the bones. In Trinidad a lot of people appreciate the head of the fish also in curried and stewed dishes! Love you and your videos Maangchi

You always share the best stuff. The bit about removing the bones, so many over look such things. It looked great and as always looked like you enjoyed it. Thanks as always

Maangchi, you're my favorite. You make things easy because you talk us through everything and explain it so we know WHY we're doing what we're doing. You're the best!
