There has been a little commotion in the Food World lately about juicing and smoothies: That they have lost the value by putting them into a machine, that destroys the original state of its forms, that maybe is making them devalued of its vitamins and minerals! I, for one does not believe it, because, the forms of the fruits juice - casing does not mean anything, like, having an effect on the cell parts of the human body, it's just a carrier! What's important is, is that the juices are being accummuated!

I'm sure you've thought of this for raising funds but I'll mention it any ways. A cookbook even a simple one, digital to keep costs down, could try and reach out to SORTED to see what routes they took to get their books (physical/digital) off the ground. For Patreon, its my understanding of the system that it grabs funds whenever a video is released. Is that correct? Is there any service that would offer a monthly subscription? i. e. instead of per video it would a set amount per month.

I did think of the book idea, but that would take me possibly 3-4 months by the time I have created it to the standard of quality I would be happy with releasing. as for the monthly subscription you could do that with patreon, since they have a monthly cap option; so you could select say 5 per video and put the monthly cap at no more than 5, this would make sure that no matter how many videos are released you would not pay more than 5 in a month, even though you selected 5 per video.

Excellent, I'll keep that system in mind. Just an idea I had floating around my mind since I haven't see any sushi done with it, but is there or would you be able to do a maki that is focused around pumpkin and/or other fall harvest season ingredients?

I just emailed patreon and they said they were recently accepted in to the Paypal program, and they will be adding that as a payment method soon. but they didn't indicate when exactly, so for the moment they only accept credit/debit cards.

I definitely think a cookbook is a great idea, I would buy one. If funding is low maybe start a low budget sushi series where you set a price limit - 10 for example and have to buy and produce a meal within that budget. I'd enjoy that.

Instead of adding ice, you could freeze some of the pineapple chunks, not all just some, so that way you have the yummy fresh fruits, then the pits of frozen to help cool it and make it nice
