There are only a hundred or so food poisoning cases from raw eggs in the US per year, on the CDC website you can find an overview of each case. Reading through them, most of them the salmonella originated from outside the egg, such as chicken feces on the shell that contaminated the food when cracking the egg open, improper food handling like putting multiple eggs into a container for later cooking, and eating expired eggs. Wash the exterior of the egg, eat fresh eggs and your chances of food poisoning from one is lower then being struck by lightning.

Glad were back to the Chef Devaux intro, your worth it. IMHO you should add a little Japanese art on the wall, its real battleship looking just plain, something white with a little color, tall narrow. Keep up the good work.

Place it inside the steaming machine, and then use a clamp to make it stay, if you dont have a clamp just some tape or something else Yep: D we dont have clamps but we have a steaming machine: D
