sir I tried ur recipe today. but after chilling it. wen I was cutting, the milk inside was not intact binded in the fruits. Urs came intact, no fruit came out, where as mines after cutting, the milk gelly with fruits got separated from the melon. y so? Can u tell me. or anyone else has the idea? Where did I go wrong?

Can anyone tell me and answer this. . Can I use normal milk instead coconut milk? . Can I use banana and apple? . How much is 2gms if we take in spoon? . Should we warm the milk mixture before pouring in the melon?

This is actually really awesome. Never would have thought of this. Will have to try this (too bad it's Fall and we don't have many fruits this would work well with)
