I am sorry to say, you have made such a long video Which attracted my attention and I really thought that somebody has cracked the recepie of Grams Japan. But what a big let down. Adding water and sugar to egg whites completely flattens the mixture. Stop fooling people please.

I don t know what I did wrong. I did everything exactly how he did it to the T, and they came out kinda flat and taste like egg. I ve made other recipes of these and they came out great, tall, fluffy. Figured I d try something new and it was a total flop!

That huge bowl looked like it was specifically for baking. I was looking for smaller 15cm diameter ramekin like versions of these non-flat hemisphere bowls, do you know where I can lay my hands on some please, or what manufacturer sells them?

Awesome video! Please put everything in imperial as well as Metric in the description. I assume most of your viewers are American and I know we are in the dark ages - but all we use is the Imperial system.
