Yum! I’ll make this with your recipe, soon. In the meantime, I think I’ll make a version with items I have in the house: 2 ears of corn, zucchini, small sweet red onion, a few chives, some chipotles in adobo. sour cream, Mayo, fresh parsley.
I also have little cooked new potatoes, carrots, hard boiled eggs and the parsleythinking I’ll make a potato salad, too. Or, maybe they would make good hash brown style patties. Pondering

This is terrible but it's 10: 45 in the evening and I'm sure enough about to make this dip and watch Deadpool and wolverine! Oh and to debtipka unfortunate that you have to go especially after a couple videos of the same or similar recipes. You're going to see duplicates all the time no matter what you watch but I would urge you to stay because I wouldn't want to see you miss out on the best that's yet to come!

Hello Simply Mama. All your recipies are Awsome. One better than the others. If this same recipe was on All Recipes website, so what! If debtipka is complaining because she saw it before there, then what are you doing here, turn it off and shut up. You don't have to be mean. Take a cold showe

Pampered Chef has a tool that just takes the kernals off the cob with ease. This does sound like a good family get together dip. I will have to give it a try. I dont like Daisy i think it is very watery and thin, so i will use Breakstones sour cream instead. Thanks for the recipe.

When I was a kid we canned food. We had tool with two longer hassles on either side and a small round cutter in the middle. It would cut the corn off in one pass. But that probably doesn't make sense for doing just 2 ears every once in a while.

I make something similar: Korean Cheesy Corn w/ Crab. Basically, find you a good cheesy corn recipe, make that, and then add store-made crab dip to it. We serve it hot and I typically add a few chipotle peppers into the dip.

Love your take on this popular corn dip.
Love you use fresh corn and roasted peppers.
Have made the traditional recipe and felt it was lacking something
Freshness and spices.
Thank you for your rendition

Oh I would totally put this under the broiler before serving! Or even bake for a few mins actually I make a hot corn dip that has almost the same ingredients as this one and it’s amazing!

Okay, never even heard of a corn dip before watching this. But dang, with all those ingredients together, you got me itching to try this one! Thanks, chica!

Your cutting of the corn with the bowls is a great way, but for the health of your blade edge, use a plastic or wooden bowl to cut onto. That poor thing!

Yum, this looks delicious! It reminds me a bit of a dip version of Calico Corn. This is one to definitely try during the Summer warm weather.

This looks like something I'm definitely going to make. Our corn will be ready soon, it'll taste so good and fresh. Bless you.
