Watching you was like watching my little Czech Grandma make egg noodles. Unfortunately, she passed over 20 years ago, but I have a ton of wonderful memories with her. I know you re not supposed to eat the raw dough, but I would freeze the bags of noodles and snack on a few now and then. Just a little taste of home. Unfortunately, I m no longer physically able to do all the rolling and kneading. Thank you for sharing such a memorable and delicious recipe.
