I am curious, Mark, how long it took you to learn to speak the Thai language? You seem to understand everything that s said around you, and you sound like a Thai person when you speak. I can't stand the goofy look that he does every time he like something where he pauses and does that dumb look. it makes him look like he's got down syndrome. I died a little bit inside every time I see that. it pisses me off to where I just want to land a f right hook at his suck hole.

That was so interesting and helpful. I only discovered you today but so pleased I have. I have 2 Thai sister in laws and know a few recipes. one of my In laws bought me a cooking hamper for xmas and among it is mushroom sauce. Do you have any recipes with that in please?
