Brown rice flour is better then all purpose flower. All purpose our creates that dark, nasty mucus that causes asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis, eczema etc. We need mucus in our bodies but when we eat foreign foods that our body's can't assimilate or do not recognize then we become sic by way of too much mucus build up. Wacka looks just like my People before Christobol Colon and the savages changed and twisted our history. Our people did eat meat. It was buffalo meat and dear meat. We hunted only when necessary and we ate wild rice that grows in streams, herbs, hemp, tobacco etc. -This vegan thing is cool but if you eat for your genetic makeup. Your clarity will be 1000% better, your skin will clear up and you'll stay healthy. We eat the standard European diet which works for them and not us. The corn today doesn't look like the corn from 200 yrs ago. Google it or don't.

Seemed like alot of sugar when it came to pour. Only used 3/8 cup. Heated the coconut oil before mixing with the zest and sugar. Also just used a 12 cup pan. Don't know if either, which, or both is/are why my muffins rose more. Was kinda missing the leftout sugar first couple bites, but when you get a blueberry burst it's alll right. Going to use more blueberries next time and keep the sugar at 3/8 cup. Thanks ya'll

It-s sad he-s no longer vegan. From what so many others have said he only followed a vegan diet because he didn-t want to be fat. Not for the moral aspect of it that comes along with veganism. Common, Dead Prez, most of the Wu Tang Clan is vegan, Andre 3000 is vegan, Russell Simmons made a vegan book, Jay-Z went vegan with Beyonce. there's a bunch of people in hip hop that are vegan.
