This was filmed the first week of March, 2020 Farideh brings some home-cooked nostalgia to the Munchies Test Kitchen with her take on beef stroganoff. Farideh updates this classic dinner recipe by using beef tenderloin, fresh mushrooms and onions, and makes a flavorful sauce made with white wine, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, and beef stock. She tosses it all together with eggs noodles and brightens the dish up with a sprinkle of parsley

I-m like. 1, 000% sure Ian went to my high school. I was several grades under him but Ian and Will Stroud were guys an older friend would take me BMXing with around the Raleigh NC area. They both became sponsored riders and I think Will was a filmer for PROPS video magazine? Ian and Will Stroud both have a lot of filming credits in the BMX world - can someone at Munchies confirm if this is the same dude!

Two years ago I went to Zermatt, Switzerland. On our first night we went to this german restaurant close to our hotel. I got the beef stroganoff expecting what was made in this video. What I got was a -30 plate of 5 sauceless pieces of beef, noodles with some sauce drizzled on and some veggies on the side. So disappointed. We make it better here, folks.

Made this last night and it was the best beef stroganoff I-ve ever had! --Edit: this recipe is a laxative! I-m no chemist but with all these ingredients there is a chemical reaction that will make you poop your pants. I-m tempted to send my cleaning bill to munchies. Dear God, why have you forsaken me? I need you all to pray for me!

Video content expectations: a basic demonstration of a beef stroganoff recipe variation, and how to cook it. --Actual content: hard out and bizarre -get-a-room- flirting between Farideh (the guy not in the room, Pete Davidson) and Ian Stroud (and some unimportant, side line info' about beef stroganoff.

For a girl that likes to cook the joke's on Farideh: Pete Davidson's Crohn's disease _might_ be a deal breaker. -And, if it isn't. If things get _intimate. _-Get this, Pete Davidson has a tattoo of Hillary Clinton on his leg. -I thought this guy's job is to _tell_ jokes, not _incarnate_ a joke.

this straganoff relates with farideh's iranian backround. cause i dont know y, but in iran, it was a pretty regular dish. but after the prices of beef changed, it changed to chicken straganoff and because it wasnt as tasty as beef, it slowly fades away.

Pete Davison is cute but not funny, to me he-s like a D+ in the class of comedy. --Hey also noticed your pan is on way to high (hence the burnt garlic and sizzling wine. Thanks for the tips though. I like to add beef gravy to mine as well as broccoli.

I admire americans for their talent to make casual, funny conversation. Its allways so smooth and full of positive energy and making the others feel good, without any awkwardness. Noticed this in American Talkshows aswell

It actually makes more sense that he died a hundred year before the recipe was made. You see the beef tenderloin was so flavorless that the flavorlessness of it not only killed him, but rocketed him back 100 years.
