Gaspar Fernandes, chef and owner of restaurant Gaspar's in Vilnius, Lithuania, goes on a chef's night out with some of his friends that he met through the restaurant. He takes them across town, as they feast on everything from Lithuanian classics such as beetroot soup to modern Lithuanian fusion cooking, to the best Italian in town and to cocktails and oyster-infused Guinness shots. Gaspar knows how to spice things up, including this introduction to Vilnius.
Tadas: Only 1 dish was Lithuanian food, and it was Saltibarsciai (that purple soup) but there is many more like cepelinai, kugelis and much more, and its strange that indian guy who live here only for 8 years taking guide of Lithuanian food: ) but nice vise anyway! Date: 2022-09-16
