Say hello to my latest custom creation - one of the best hot dogs you've had in a long time, the Japanese inspired Mr. Miyagi. Available now at DOGHAUS! Les: The Urban Dictionary spelling is scosche, however, the usually accepted spelling is 'skosh' coming from the Japanese. word sukoshi, which means a tiny bit or small amount. It came into our US lingo from WW II servicemen in Japan. Skosh seems to be a fitting word for this segment, since you've shown us how to make tempura crumbles! LOL: )

it is sukoshi. In Japanese vernacular the su sound is said quickly so it is often heard as an sk with a silent u. The i at the end is a quick i (and would be pronounced as a long ee. Americans have taken the word and turned it into slang as simply skosh (some Japanese have adopted the slang version as well as I have heard it said in this manner while living in Japan)

10: 54 Are we looking for perfect plating? Probably not. - Ok chat. This is a CONTEST. Of Course presentation is going to matter. How is a halfassed pic submission going to beat out an all the stops pic submission?
And if that lazy halfassed submission does win. shrug oh well.

I will take a proper new-England style bun with two grilled sides over those slider things or any other hot dog roll option, thank you. I know they re hard to come by on the west coast. that sucks for you guys.

I enjoy watching the videos but I've stopped watching as much because calling food gorgeous, beautiful ect is cringe. The words are cringe on their own so please stop or at least cut it down

I ordered this like last week, absolutely had to after it had Sam the Cooking Guy on it, and it's honestly one of the best hot dogs I've ever had. Super excited to see the video on it.

Hey, why you picking on Greg from Ohio? I am from Ohio also and onion is the devil's fruit! Horrible! Takes over everything! But I'd still try your food. I wont lie.

Since I started watching Sam The Cooking Guy I now use a garlic press, a potato ricer, and I use Chosen Avocado Oil! That is also one very tasty looking hot dog!
