Man that was one MESSY burger. All that grease from the patty soaking into the bun. Not a fan of soggy bread. I like a bun to maintain structural integrity hahahaha. Did you pick the cheeses for their meltiness or melti-mess hahahaha? That CHEESE pull though! That was epic.

I feel that maybe. just maybe. a little sauerkraut on or under the pastrami would have brought that together a little better. maybe. Either way, glorious looking burger guy!
