What an exciting year for you all. Youre always so joyful when you reminisce about your childhood and tell what it was like working in the many beautiful flower gardens that flourish still today at your parents home. Whether or not gardening is Benjamins most favorite thing, he will love and appreciate living on this property where theres so much happening. Home will always be a place where hes able to enjoy and learn everything about the beautiful flowers and trees that are planted there and have space and freedom to explore and be creative. Oh yeah, and there is a tractor! Cant wait you see your fence filled with sweet pea flowers. Wont be long. Theyre going to look and smell so nice.

Wow Laura and Aaron, this is going to be an amazing area once you get the power poles gone, and the gravel gone and grass connecting with the new property that will make such a nice transition, as you were explaining things I could envision it and I got even more excited. I am loving how things are looking, love that arbor and I can't wait to see the sweet peas climb that fence, sweet peas were my moms favorite flower and every year my dad would plant some for her, so I am trying to get an area in my yard ready so I can plant some in rememberance of my mom. Are sweet peas a perennial? I can't remember if they came back every year. Thanks again, see you soon, bye for now.

My parents recently gave me a lot, and there already exist a big pond, and I felt in love with it. It's wonderful to have that Big reservoir of water in the property for aesthetic reasons and I read that is so good for nature too, I mean, for fauna like birds and trying to return some water to the underground reservoirs. But in my area we have a service water for irrigation from a dam. And when it's rain season there's always water that we can save into the big pond for the rest of the year. So, don't you consider to have a body of water, maybe? Maybe in the new property. Loved your sketch You have so good taste for everything!

This is SO thrilling! You guys are doing FABULOUS! THANK YOU BOTH for taking the time and trouble to share with us the entire process, it means more than you can imagine! It has its difficulties, but oh you will be DELIGHTED when it begins to fill in with structure (already happening, and the plantings you are dreaming of doing! Kind of hard to express what it means to watch two young people moving ahead with goals-I can see the vision and I am delighted to see the dream becoming reality!

Hang in there with the mess. it's a very good thing! I look at all this and think how awesome is it that you are getting all this done the right way that will make soooo many things possible and easier! So excited for y'all! Blessings!

EGADS! All of this is so overwhelming. but in a good way. I love watching you enthusiastically work this land. My sweet little garden is all planted and growing. I plant a few more things here and there. I trim, fertilize, weed, cut, water, and then sit back and enjoy watching you and Aaron happily tackle these monumental tasks.

With limited annual rainfall, are you concerned at all with such an expanse of lawn? I live where annual rainfall is less than 10 inches per year and on my 1/4 acre property we have limited our lawn areas because watering is costly. I realize you are on wells but just curious if you have any concerns about large lawn areas?

So amazing. Dont know why I am so excited. Its not even my property but it is great to see what you are doing. I am planning to do something similar with our plan in Ontario Canada. So share approximate costs for the projects that you do so it gives us an idea of what the projects could cost.
