Hi Laura and Aaron! It was good to see that mama duck was still there. As others have suggested, maybe you could put some water out for her that the babies could swim in later. I like the idea of the area for the kids. As others suggested, gourds would be a good vine for the arbor, and edible fruit/vegetables. Good job on the trees, Aaron! It was funny when you said you basically stole them from Andrews. LOL! Thank you so much for sharing!

I LOVE THIS PROJECT!
Zinnias. I have two varieties: D only 2. But small area. Popped seeds in various places in yard. Very cottage garden/veggie garden. Love to get advice. Excited to see zinnias. esp in Kids Garden. I use to grow cut and come again zinnias for my Mom before she passed. Those and glads/and a rose just for her only b/c she could view them from house.

Im not sure if you will see this as you aren't currently doing recap videos. But it would be a really neat video if you could show how you sketch ideas for garden. Do you square foot it out? Do you think about irrigation first? Do you do formal before whimsical plants first? could help us out alot to learn the thought process of laying out an area.

Lovely as usual! Thanks so much for the update on Mama Duck, I was wondering how she's doing. Perhaps in years to come her babies will come back to have their own nests in your nice tall meadow grasses in the orchard, and to play in the pond you'll create. How charming will that be!

you probably explained this in an earlier episode. but what is the brush on the top of the workshop? Also, I'm wondering if the newly planted maple trees will eventually have large enough trunks that they may crowd the fence? Love your videos. I learn so much!

Loving the layout. I have to admit you're the most glamorous gardener haha the first thing I do when going in the garden is to slap my hair up and way I can so it's out of my way and I'm always in what I call garden clothes, a raggy pair of pants and top haha

You amaze me. I love gardens of all kinds. You inspire me. I have a small patio garden outside my living room glass slider door. At my age, stepping out there each morning is like a beautiful gift. Thanks for showing us what we can do even in a small space.

I get a kick watching Aaron enjoying trees and isn't it great to have a strong man who loves that kind of work! I was wondering, though, if the Maples are too close to the fence. I've had lots of fencing pushed apart with growing tree trunks.

I love that Idea of a kids garden! that's so much fun. the kids could do some projects like painting bird houses or making stepping stones with hand prints or something like that to put in there. put some pin wheels by the entrance! fun!
