Rob! Two things. Those little Capria (sp) looked SO good! Reminded me of Crappie fishing at Tunica & Sardis in MS! Nothing like Crappie fillets for dinner! . CHEF'S TIP: BEFORE you add the pasta into the sauce, put a knob of butter in the skillet. Then, add the pasta to the melted butter, and let it pull in all the moisture. Then, add the sauce to the pasta and Mix. GAME. CHANGER! Just try it. Amaze your friends! LOL. Peace, brother!

Love the videos. What would be really cool is somehow getting some underwater videos of the reefs where you fish. You describe them all the time it would be great to be able to see what you describe. I know you occasionally have to swim down a rooster. Put a camera on that guy. The catch and cooks are great. The overnights on the mother ship are great. The camping trips are great. Great variety of content! Thanks for sharing.

Eggplant parm is my favorite food. Being Italian my moms is the best I’ve had. I order it at every restaurant that has it to try and find one that’s better, no luck. This is after about 20 years of doing that lol

I Was there in October during the floods with my kids. Stayed in Cambutal longer than originally planned and loved it.
