Fished muskie on the St. Lawerance river in N. Y. on the Canadian border. My son lives in Ogdensburg NY, and has actually written a book on muskies in NY. If you atre traveling in that area he can put you on some good spots i have hooked and lost some monsters. His name is Matt Curatolo and he is the director of parks &rec for the city of Ogdensburg.

Why are there no muskies where I live in South Jersey (have to travel at least an hour north to find them, but youre fishing them in Morgantown, WV which lies south of me? Is the elevation there higher? Are the water temps colder?

A Robert, is there anything you use to protect the bottom of your kayaks from rock or log damage? Oh and happy belated birthday! May God bless you more and protect you till the next one!

I agree with jt. You guys are putting it over the top. I love the warm weather fishing and find it great that you are celebrating the chilly north catching fish and fun.

I'm still in the process of watching all of your videos but if you haven't been to Grand Isle, Louisiana you should definitely give it a go.
