Get your Camera Boom 600 at One of the most common questions I get is how I rig up my action cameras for kayak fishing. By far the best camera mount I've found is the Pro Series Camera Boom 600 by Railblaza. These booms are made from high quality materials, so they'll last a lot longer than homemade versions and hold up in even the toughest conditions. They also offer unparalleled adjustability, so you can capture the exact angle you're looking for. Finally, their ability to rotate 360 degrees at the base without any unscrewing anything means you can save battery life over a long day of fishing. Watch to learn why the Railblaza line of Camera Booms will help you capture more compelling footage and kick your videos up a notch. To

You sold me on one and I purchased the boom. The only thing I am not that thrilled about is the locking system isn't that secure. The lock is super easy to slide over and I am afraid the boom is going to fall off when I swivel the boom. I ended up using a quick tie over the lock to keep them from backing out. Besides that, it's a sweet set up!

Realizing this is an older video, but your review convinced me to purchase the Railblaza 600 camera boom, and also ordered the shorter, articulating camera mount. Rec'd them today from Austin Kayak. Picked-up a GoPro Hero 5 Black a few days ago. Now all I need is some warm weather to get the kayak on the water. Come on Spring!

Looks like a nice product I'll have to add. I have more than a few Railblaza mounts on my Viking Profish 400 - I noticed you paddled the Profish Reload. How long will the camera stay on before you hit record, doesn't that drain the battery on the GoPro? Big fan of your videos.

Hey Mr. Field! I've been looking to get a kayak! I want a sit on top fishing one! My price range is 450 and under. I found one I like. It's called the Pelican Pro Angler I think. But I was wondering if you had any more suggestions?

What Kayak do you recommend for salt water fishing with rudders and foot pedals? I noticed yours is a Hobbie, but most of the Hobbies, are a little out of my price range.
