Intel has made gains in the past year, despite a fierce battle from AMD, and it also has taken aim at Apple's M1. To do so, Intel has recalled its mortal enemy: Benchmarks. Dark: I think Nvidia is benefiting a lot from amd not being able to focus on gpus at all, and I'm pretty sure amd would rather produce consoles and CPUs and server CPUs.
Especially with Nvidia signing a double production rate with samsung...they will sell a heck ton of cards..

Amd may be cheap and I have bought the 3900x after being very mad at them when I made a 8350 piledriver system, but after almost 1,5 years I find that the 3900X isn't as snappy and shows very much latency issues in many programs I use.... That said, I will be returning to Intel next build, though I said you get a big bang for the buck, AMD still to this day isn't up to the fast single core performance Intel always had, especially in music recording/mixing I find that the 3900X is even performing comparable with the 4790K which I owned after the amd 8350 build. And in addition I don't believe that the 5000 series is going to solve my problems, but to some extend I notice my 3900X perfroming worse and worse since the 5000 series has been released! as if they want to push people in a sleasy way to buy new products!, which I wouldn't be suprised of. anyway, I want to share my experience..

Last time I was this early Gamers Nexus had a website they would upload things to such as GTX 980 Ti in 2021 Revisit and Red Dead Redemption 2 PC GPU Benchmark etc, But they're currently in their 15th month of rest it seems after the 9900KS launch and overclocking.
Edit:
AMD Ryzen 7 2700 in 2020 Revisit?
AMD's Future-Proof FX-8370 in 2020?
Intel 28-Core W-3175X Revisit vs. Threadripper?
NVIDIA GTX 970 in 2021 Revisit?
10 Years of Intel CPUs Benchmarked?
Intel i7-6700K & i5-6600K in 2019? Article: Will go live on a delay, assuming we find time! ..... 15 months? Okay.
Anything else since since 2019 pretty much.

Slightly related to the video - Just as I hit play I got an email from MicroCenter. My local MicroCenter (Virginia) has Ryzen 5600X in stock, in store, for 299. Additionally the 3600x ( 199), 3700x ( 299), 3800X ( 349) 3900X ( 469) and 3950X (679) are all listed in stock with 25+ units. Intel stock was very healthy with plenty of 10 series processors including the 10400F ( 129), 10700K ( 279) and 10900K ( 449). In total 17 Intel CPUs and 8 AMD CPUs are available, in store. Progress!!

Cool. Coming to a video when there is 1 view.
Hopefully AMD gets more fab room from TSMC, altough partly AMD can also blame their own desire for profit somewhat for any desktop intel growth as the 5000 series is priced a lot more highly than the previous 3000 series. 3600 For 220 at launch is a lot less than a 5600X for 309 . At least there are B550's and B450's which are Zen 2 compatible so that helps a little on purchase price of the system.

Never mind enthusiast circles. The vast majority of people who need desktops or laptops are simply buying them, for work or otherwise. Especially with the pandemic, and a lot of those manufacturers still use intel processors. The enthusiast space is a small portion of that market. It s no wonder intel market shares are rising. Most people simply don t care.

Almost 8 billion people. Let's say 20% are gamers. Thats still a billion people. Releasing 1 million cpus... that's only 0.001% available for the gamers
So it only feels like a paper launch because there aren't enough to go around!
Hell... even if it was 2% of the world are gamers, thats still hundreds of millions of people.

Hey Gamer Nexus,
Can you do a detailed deep dive on why these semiconductor shortages are occurring now and reasons behind it ( maybe due to santions, hoarding, price manipulation etc ). I suspect that this is a purposeful supply shortage to drive up the demand and hence the prices.

If there is one thing I hate, it is watching you guys tear down a card and overclock it to the point of destroying it. I rarely give a vid a thumbs down, however when people have no way to get their hands on even a founders edition card, it seems like a kick in the crotch.
