Healthy does not mean big muscles friend. Health is not proportional to your muscle size. In fact. if you have bigger muscles it means you are eating more. The more you eat. the more you put in danger your health because you exhaust the body. Same with exercise. If you train to hard or to long you jeperdize health. The body has it's limits so. if you train moderately you are more healthy than training like Usain Bolt for example.

good point but in reality your bicep and tricep should be in the same area in terms of strength sort of like you back and chest because symmetry is important if you want to be effective, efficient and healthy. Also for which ever muscle is not being exhausted as much you could also just superset with another exercise like hammer curls or dips for example! I haven't tried this yet just brainstorming

Its a great exercise but the flaw is that the biceps and the triceps fail at different times. You cant work both simultaneous effectively. In other words, this exercise will be too light for one muscle (bicep) and too heavy for the other (tricep) thus terminating the set too soon for one muscle.

Healthy would come down to being able to do everyday tasks without the need of to much effort and still being able to workout and maintain a physical hobby or life style. The 'deciding on when you have enough muscle' part comes after those key principles it's all down to personal preference! :)

im a fairly tall person 201(6'7) and i find at the gym that when it comes to things with pulleys it never works effectivly because either i dont get the right angle or the cable isnt long enough or i go down on my kness and it doesnt feel as difficult for the core, how could i correct this.

could you please make a video of something on how to even out the muscles, i notice that my right arm is not alot bigger, but bigger than my left arm, and I know, I'm right handed and all that, but it's something I don't like, and would like to make my left arm as big as my right

i would also be interested in footing position for some of the lifts/ combo exercises. With Martial arts balance/movement/footing is everything, i would like to apply that to weights/muscle building, not just fighting. Great questions Madalien!

After you've trained your arms i think it will be fine El. apart from that if one did fatigue just fatigue the other movement -also - he's using his body to rotate so can change how he levers his body to finish the set

You ever think age could be an indicator of wisdom. especially in bodybuilding. If you're still looking good into old age maybe he might know how to keep working out while minimizing risk of injury.
