bring in some exercises for those of us who have passed 50+. all the way to 80+ who want to do things like this (age appropriate. Think Jack La Lane (grinding it out at 95. I did myself a great service with the 'lower back pain' exercise with resistance bands at the hips. Gave it to my spine surgeon.

Just watched the video and thought 2 myself. What have I gotten myself into this time. This is going 2 hurt like hell! Haha. Jeff thx for pushing us with your unique exercises. This is gonna be a Killer. but im gonna give it my all, just like your AX 400 Challenge.

Pullup bars are cheap. Now if only they were made for my country's common apartment door frame. For some reason all they sell here are for some other door frames. And you don't get to screw them in if you don't own the apartment.

You should do a video about Bradley coopers transformation as Chris Kyle. The amount of size and strength he added was incredible. He got big and broad. I'd be interested in the diet aspect just as much as the workout side

Is this a good routine for someone who is skinny and is trying to get bigger/ripped? I want tone bigger which I'm now starting a diet and I needed some workouts. So would this be good for skinny guys trying to get big?

I did this today and while the pull ups were time consuming they wetter still doable. Thanks Jeff for giving me the boost I needed to break out of my rut and get back in the game!
