Can-t Get Big Arms? Just Do THIS!

t get big arms no matter what arm workout you try then this is the video for you. Here, I-m going to show you 5 reasons why you-re arms won-t grow and what you need to start doing the very next time you train them. If you follow these 5 arm workout tips you will get bigger biceps and triceps guaranteed, with noticeable growth in even just the next 2-3 weeks. The foundation behind why these workouts and exercises work is because they take advantage of one of the main drivers of muscle growth and hypertrophy, progressive overload and tension. Many times, people will rely on using just the big compound lifts for getting bigger arms. When you realize that the question of how to get bigger arms isn-t achieved solely through adding weight to the big lifts then you really start to make progress. Direct arm training with an adherence to the same principles of overload is actually where most arm size is possible. We start down this path with utilizing heavier weights on the classic biceps exercises and triceps exercises like the curl and lying tricep extensions respectively. But it-s not just about lifting as much weight as you can and swinging the weights up and down. Instead, it-s about getting the weights to the top using a bit of momentum but then shifting to controlling the eccentric lowering of the weights as much as possible. This eccentric overload is one of the best ways to create more arm growth and is one of the fastest things you can do to get bigger arms. Next, you want to remember that strict form will also result in big arms. The key is not to abandon it entirely in the pursuit of big biceps and triceps. What you need to do however is be sure to still aim to handle as much weight as you can within these restrictions so that even though the weight is lighter than what you would do with some momentum, you are still lifting a relatively heavy load. The biceps strict curl and the incline overhead dumbbell triceps extension are two great examples of this. You have the chance to lock your body into position against either the wall or the back of an incline bench to ensure that only the force of the muscle you are trying to grow is responsible for generating the effort on every rep. Next, you want to be sure to remember to train your brachialis muscle heavy. You likely heard that this is the muscle that sits beneath the biceps and is often forgotten about in many arm workouts, a mistake that is costing you big arms. Hammer curls are one of the best ways to build this arm muscle but going too light may not be giving you the stimulus you need

I literally grew a muscle in ONE day because of this video. Lol I know that sounds crazy, but I have been in the gym for about a year now, with no results. Yesterday I did some of these and I literally had a muscle when I got out of the shower. I am actually seeing results. I-m not trying to get big but it was discouraging to work out for so long and see nothing. Thank you! I-ve been trying your things for about 2 weeks now and I-m happy.

Anyone going to talk about how Jeff said Jessie has a shitty tattoo when it-s obviously a tattoo Jessie loves. Dick move for your boss to say your tattoo (a thing that is permanent on your body) is shitty in a video that millions of people watch. If Jeff wasn-t Jessie-s boss (power dynamic, I don-t think Jessie would tolerate that. It-s a tattoo that means a lot to him, just don-t comment on it.

Even though I'm weak af, have core strength of jello and can do hardly anything you ever post, I love watching your videos.
They're informative yet easy to understand, visually helpful (love the muscle markers lol) and the little bit of comedy you throw in works too.
I think when I found a new job I'll try one of your programs - -

Jeff,
What is your opinion of doing occasional, random sets between structured workout. Since I now workout from home, I do 2 upper, 2 lower days. But sometimes I am motivated to just knock out a set of pull ups between workout days. Is this advisable? Is a set of pullups or curls to near failure on an off day a good thing, or no?

One thing i do for arms i find works insanely for biceps is you use the row side of a cable machine but change the hand part to a short bar and curl it laying down you cant use your body for momentum, its like your wall thing but i have cadaver parts in my knee so standin like that dont work well for me

Hi Jeff big fan from India. Thanks for the great informative vids that you put out. wanted an advice on Can I train my biceps and triceps 6 days per week? As the Gyms have still not been opened in Bombay and I just have 2 dumbbells with weight plates at home with which i manage to do some excercises.

Do you have any advise for forearm injuries. I had a few awkward calls. Pulling on & landing on my arms. Since which most arm exercises start to cause problems on the lower arms. Twisting, extending & flexing my wrist all become painful in both the hand, wrist forearm & in part upper arm.

Jesse, that necklace you got there is problematic. Crosses were used to torture and murder people. Shouldn't have such a horrible instrument hang around your neck. Also, christianity is bogus. If you want to be taken seriously do not let people know you believe in nonsense.
