Yes I will keep restoring to the 20min workout because i feel like I accomplished something and less excuses because of lack of time. It's perfect especially in thing to return to my prior level of exercise. I never get board with her no or few repeat routines too! Thank you Caroline!

It's almost new year (30/12) but did the workout anyways. I managed to give -90% effort (70-80% -normal- effort) because I was feeling unwell but still was proud of myself. It's okay to not always give 100%. thanks, Caroline, for such a good sweat sesh!

But can we have some high intensity Tabata cardio sessions as well
