I have to say something important. This is the first home workout video I-ve finished start to end. Other videos have always made me feel tired, unmotivated. Caroline sets it up so you can maintain your endurance while still pushing yourself to the limit. This is the kind of workout people need if you want to get back into fitness. Also when she smiles and raises her thumb up to the camera it gives me such a boost of confidence. Love this woman!

Hey caroline i know its a late comment hope i get an answer.
I am new on calisthenics like 2 weeks i started some routines and there are some great excersices on them but i cant really decide on what to do.
My question is. As a begginer can i take this routine and make it for example like 1 month till i build some strength + core strength and later move on for Pulls/Dips?

Thank you so much for this workout! I-ve been having back pain; I continuously kept on popping as if I was popcorn. It felt so good to have had my back pain relieved to this workout. Thank you allot once again, I greatly appreciate you and your dedication/ hard work to continuously making videos.

I can't believe completed the workout. It was rough and I almost gave up. I paused the video for a few seconds in between so I can remind myself why I am doing this. Saving this video for next time. Thank you Caroline

Hi guys, can anyone give advice on how to do the skull crusher alternative? Do I have to simultaneously lift both elbows? How? No matter how hard I press, nothing moves: -D Which muscles do I have to use? Thanks!

Love it - I-m on my holiday. No dambells here - so I-ve just used my power bands throughout whole lower body section. I-m sweating as crazy and very happy --
