Welcome to Day 1 of the Strong & Lean at Home Series! This is day 1 of a 5 day Series focusing on strength using only your own bodyweight to target the thighs and burning energy. The bodyweight leg workout today requires a mat and a stable chair. The main workout consists of slow and controlled movements targeting the quadriceps to really help add strength and definition to the thighs. Take the movements slowly, rising and lowering with control throughout. Following this, we will finish with 8 minutes higher reps and plyometrics to increase heart-rate, burn extra calories and really exhaust the quad muscles! BULGARIAN LUNGES x 4 sets BULGARIAN LUNGES QUAD x 4 sets CLOSE SQUATS (no hips) x 4 sets LATERAL LUNGE ON CHAIR x 4 sets STEP UPS FORWARD STEP x 4sets SIDE LUNGE TOES UP x 4 sets STEP UPS SIDE STEP x 4sets WALL SIT ALT LEG EXTENSION x 4 sets PISTOL SQUATS x 2 sets SQUAT HOLD x 2 sets And to finish 2 x sets of the following; BULGARIAN LUNGE JUMPS BULGARIAN JUMPS SQUATS (no hips in) TUCK TO EXTENSION

This workout was so intense. Such a good workout. I love calisthenics, they are so fun and engaging. I thought my legs were both even in strength, but this workout proved me wrong. Also, I'm starting to see results. I started following your vids back in june and damn, the results are insane. You helped me dropped 20 pounds! And I'm starting to look more toned and muscular, which I love. Ik I'm a year late to this workout vid, but I enjoyed it so much that I had to comment. I'm gonna do the full body of this 1 week program tomorrow, so wish me luck! Have a great day everyone that reads this!

Been wanting to do the Strong and Lean series, finally had a chance to do so this morning after completing E1, E2 and E Heat. This body weight workout is no joke, every bit as challenging as the Epic series and every bit as fun and enjoyable as well. Those Bulgarian lunge jumps are a killer. Legs are -. Thank you Caroline for this amazing body weight only workout!

New favorite leg workout this workout had me sweating and made me wanna cry but worth it at the end I had my fit bit on and it said I burned 356 calories during this workout wow! BUT that doesn't matter, what matters is how empowering it feels to say I completed this workout. Thank you Caroline.

8 minutes in sweating profusely Also me: Omg. so not easy! I thought I was strong. I'm so weak! Definitely adding this to my Caroline weeky rotation. Your workouts are the best. You are a freaking beast!

Your workout videos are really amazing I tried them and got great results. but fat around my thighs are stuck so can you plz make a new no equipment (which just need yoga mat)challenge video on this topic. that will be very helpful. xx

So I decided to start the Strong and Lean series. Tough yet fun. Bodyweight workouts seem soo easy, but they are for me more challenging as to when I work out with weights. This went by so quick thought. -

So I have taken a bit of time off and today I knew I had to get back at it. This series is going to be a great set to challenge my muscles and get ready for Epic Heat! Thanks Caroline: )

honestly, i can only do half of this workout, but I love this workout so much. I really feel like i'm working, i'm growing my muscles, and i'm super proud of myself afterwards.
