I tried this workout for the first time last Thursday. I stopped at the 11: 37 mark. Today, I said -Screw it, how far can I go? - and went the full 30. I wanted to quit twice, at the 16 minute mark and the 24. But I realized I really was just tired, but not yet fatigued. So I kept going. And now my watch is telling me I averaged 161 bpm, burned 471 calories, and will take 4 days to recover (I'm obese, 70 pounds / 32kg overweight. But I plan on doing it again by Saturday. It's easier when multi-tasking; I was watching a video on American history. Thank you for this workout!

I was pretty sure I wont last till the end, since I'm mostly cardio person myself but what a surprise!
What a beautiful lady, amazing video, amazing colours- simple and elegant- great motivating music but most of all no yelling -do it! You can do it-. It didn't tire me mentally at all, I enjoyed it really much.
And yeah, I made it till the end and sweated much more (I had 10 kilo kettlebell for swings and lower part of the body and 4 kilo for arms and chest) than on my usual cardio sessions. My body is at such a joy!
I love you, Caroline! you are a gem!

Getting consistent over the past six months or so with kettlebell training, and this is my overall favourite. I've revisited it often and it's satisfying to see progression. Early days would be pretty wrecked doing it with a 12kg, but this morning I'm (reasonably) comfortable alternating between 16 and 20kg.
The format is great, really clear to follow, something it's easy to take for granted until you try others that don't do it so well.
G'wan yersel Cyarline! -- Well done.

This was difficult for me, compared to the 15 min work out but I did it the whole time! I like your videos because I know what-s coming next, it reduces the anxiety of trying to keep up. Your also not yelling at me I also appreciate that because I mostly don-t want to work out. Thanks! One day I hope to be in better shape than I am now.

Great workout! I've been doing this for 2 weeks now, 2-3 times a week. I'm 47 not unfit but totally new to KB so I started with a 10lb weight. I think I'm ready for heavier one now: -) Smashing it! lol

I missed going to the gym this morning and I didn't want to go all day without working out. So, I clicked on your video and it was absolutely 100% worth it! Thank you!
