Here we go! Day 1 in the EPIC Beginners Series for those of you wanting to progress to the full EPIC Program! We are starting with a full lower body workout lasting 30 minutes. Squats, lunges, holds, and of course wall sits in there too make this an EPIC beginner leg workout! This is a fantastic workout to gut your hamstrings, quads, glutes and core with just your bodyweight as resistance! This is a no equipment workout however, you will need a wall, a sturdy chair and a mat. Remember to work at your own pace! You can go slower, you can even go faster if you feel like it. just maintain form and alignment! Please ensure you warm up for at least 5 minutes prior to beginning. (See link below for my new warm up routine) I-m sure you will challenge yourself and feel the intensity as much as I did! Let-s smash it!

Legit cannot get my ankles to cooperate for the kneel to squat. Going to work on that and keep trying though. Been training my asian squat for 2 days (ha) so I know it will help me get this move down. Legs are feeling amazing! Thanks CG!

My legs felt like noodles after doing this for the first time today. Wowza. I wasn't able to do the single leg chair squats because. holy moly. But I'm glad I stuck with the rest. Day 1 done.

Thank you for this great workout series. I just started, but it gives me comfort that this is something I will continue as a strengthening module next to my mountainbiking.

Im at 29 mins, i only have 3 mins left by both of my legs are fr shaking and ive ended up laying on my floor for a min or two- and I thought i was -fit-

I did the 5 min. warm up video and the wall sit and that was it for me! I-ll be back tomorrow to add on on thing at a time until I can do the whole thing.

Made it only to 10 mins the 1st time i did this before my legs just collapsed lmao, made it to 15 the second! Gl to everyone trying this out buckle up
