Here we go! Day 1 in the EPIC Program and what better way to begin than leg day with this lower body workout! This is a 40 minute workout combining dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to hit all muscles in the lower body and core! We will be squatting, lunging, holding, pulses and pivoting! Lots of fun in this workout! You will need a pair of dumbbells (my dumbbells are 12. 5kg / 27. 5lbs each for your reference) and a mat. Please ensure you warm up for at least 5 minutes prior to beginning. (See link below for my new warm up routine) Let-s push through to the end together!

It was with great fear and intimidation that I decided to give this program a try. ten weeks ago. I was very reluctant and I thought I would never be able to perform and conquer each workout. But I little voice in my head said -DO IT-. so I did. It is like Caroline has been touch by magic. Everything about this program is pure perfection, It challenges you in ways you have never been before. There is something about it that I can not explain. If you are looking for a program that challenges you. this is it. But be ready for a surprise. Yes, your body will change. But so will your brain and spirt. You will come out STRONGER and EMPOWERED! I'm out of shape and getting back into working out. Not a beginner but not advanced, but I enjoy exercising. Decided to try this program and this workout definitely challenged me. I've tried so many other popular programs and never completed them because they weren't challenging enough. If this is day 1, I'm looking forward to the rest of the program!

The control that you had to get up from the sumo squat pulses at the end is beyond me. I literally dropped to the floor! Thank you so much for a beautiful lower body workout, I am excited for the rest of the program! I have taken all of my measurements and at the end I will update you all

Finished Epic endgame last week (which was my first program with CG) and decided to start from the beginning. I was afraid Epic 1 would seem too easy after epic EG but this workout was stil a killer! The stretching was hard to do at the end because i was too slippery with sweat hahahaha

Just finished this workout! I look like I just got out of the shower, I am dripping in sweat! This really kicked my butt! Excited for tomorrow's workout! My goal is to be stronger and I'm hoping after this series I will be much stronger than I was when I started. Thank you Caroline!

had to have a 3 min break in the middle cause my legs just couldn't carry me anymore lmao
had to use only 1/2 kgs weights cause I know I couldn't handle more
BUT i finished the whole workout and i am proud

Can anyone tell me for starting each of her series wich i should start with and wich comes after each one in order to keep going after each ends and progress. and will this work for weightloss /fat loss and gain some toned musscle?

Just started Epic 1. I LOVE lifting heavy and this was an amazing leg workout! This is the first Caroline workout I've tried and already LOVE IT! Many thanks for sharing all this!

I finished the beginner series yesterday and i feel like i just graduated kindergarten - lmao
Now it's time for the real EPIC thing babeeey - (please pray for me lol )

Finished Epic Heat and Epic Endgame before starting this. yet I could not do as many reps as caroline. at one point I was working out for 15 secs and taking a 45 sec rest XD
