RDLs, Bulgarian lunges, Maker, Snatch. just a few of our favourites moves in this full body circuit to hit your full body with dumbbells and bodyweight as resistance! Heartrate will be elevated at points throughout too! For this full body, circuit session you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair and your mat! The dumbbells I am using are 9kg each for your reference! There are 3 circuits as below. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds rest and we work through each 5 exercise completing 3 rounds in total! We then have just over a minute rest before we move to next circuit! PUSH PRESS SQUAT TO PRESS DIPS RDL HIGH SQUATS 1 min 15 mins rest ALT SIDE DUMBBELL BURPEE MAKER DECLINE PUSH UPS SIDE PLANK LEG LIFT SIDE PLANK LEG LIFT 1 min 15 sec rest SNATCH SNATCH (switch side) BULGARIAN LUNGE (one side) BULGARIAN LUNGE (switch) SLOW, DEEP SQUAT WALKS FINISHER: X2 DUMBBELL PUSH UP BURPEE Go at your own pace! Some movements will be more challenging than others whilst others will increase the heartrate more! Maintain a steady pace and relax into it! Finish tired yet feeling so alive! You can do it!

I literally only thought about how this was going during the decline pushups - the rest of the time I was trying really hard to just focus on my breathing because it really got away from me today- This was pretty tough but really enjoyable. I outright botched some of these exercises during round 1 and had a good laugh at myself in the process, so thanks for helping me not take myself too seriously, Caroline -
Wonderfully challenging workout, Caroline. Thanks for another lovely session. Hopefully next time around the chair planks and some of the other exercises will be a bit easier-
Much love from South Africa

This was extremely challenging with 8kg weights oh my goodness. i had to stop at take a 7 minute break then i carried on. Right at the end i was so excited to be finished then i saw the dumbell burpees and i wanted to CRY! LOL. Note to self: Use lighter weights next time like Caroline did hahaha. wow im dripping in sweat, i think i lost like 5kgs: D

You'd think after finishing Beginner Epic, Epic I and being so far in Epic II I could handle that workout, BUT to my disappointment I really had to modify here and there. I wish I could just do such a workout in good form (and by the way with -only- 5 kg weights) once in a while, but I was really struggling. Tough. Phew.

This one is a killer! 3 full body in a row is going to make me sick! My shoulder and cheat hurts and I'll be doing day 43 tomorrow. - I can't do the side plank lift so I just did declined shoulder tap that way I am still working my core. Thank you so much Caroline! What a sweaty afternoon! Happy weekend Girvanators! -

Ok ok!
Side planks, too hard of them even the alternative so I put a yoga block under my hand and then I could do your version! And then Bulgarian lunges really struggle to find grip on my chair, my exercise Matt is super thin so I dragged that onto it! Perfect
Wasn-t expecting this for a Monday - hard!

Day 42 epic 2 done oh boy what a workout, a warning to those using heavier weights go slow on the finisher almost pulled my back so had to slow down and not swing the dumbells when going up ( I did it like makers, and could only do few reps but still proud of myself for finishing the workout

This had me making the most obnoxious grunting sounds at the end. Not sure if I liked this workout just yet lol it was fun but a painful challenge. However it was the first time I did Bulgarian split squats correctly and without compromising form! That-s a win!

I am back again doing the program after one week off due to sickness and let me tell you-- it was hard. I had no energy at all doing the exercises but I pushed through, took extra breaks and made it to the end! Happy to be back
