THE FINALE Full Body Workout - EPIC II - Day 50 - Caroline Girvan

Day 50! Let-s party! Time to celebrate all of your hard work over the past 50 workouts! 60 minutes combining many of our favourites here today. Makers, some HIIT, calisthenics, lunges, snatches, diver push ups. one hour of a lot of fun! All you will need for this full body fun session is a pair of dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using are 9kg each for your reference. There is a staple in this workout that appears 5 times in total! The complex will be for a total of 2 minutes 3 seconds with 30 seconds rest after to get ready for next exercise! It is a variation of the Maker movement but each portion of move is performed for 4 sets as detailed below! The timer will be on for a majority of the workout for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest. During the bodyweight only movements, timer will be 50 seconds, 10 seconds rest. I have loved every single minute of EPIC II and have been so excited to read your feedback on your sessions. It is obvious you are being conditioned to more intense training which is all done to your discipline, consistency, positivity and a true reflection of what this community, all of us together, have accomplished. You are the best training partner anyone could ask for! Celebrate once you squat press that last rep! You did it! We did it!

After having finished Epic II, I would like to thank Caroline again for this perfectly structured program. During these 50 days of Epic II (and 50 days of Epic I as well) she was my personal coach, and I could train in my own room without a gym membership and without elaborate equipment or machines. I am very happy with the results-in just a couple of months I could achieve the best form I have ever had. I feel strong and confident with dumbbells as well as with bodyweight exercises. I know now that a workout needn't necessarily be very sweaty to be effective, and that results come not with crazy jumping only but also with slow, controlled and mindful movements. I learned to like lunges (bulgarian lunges as well) and I learned some really cool moves like one-leg burpees with pushups or reverse burpees. My harmstrings and glutes have become much stronger, my shoulders are more defined, and overall, I am a better version of myself now. All of this thanks to Caroline and myself! Yes, it has been tough sometimes, but the feeling of achievement and visible results are so worth it!
I'm going to start Epic III in a couple of days. So excited to go up to the next level of my fitness journey with you, Caroline!

Caroline, I can't believe I finished this. The last 15 weeks have been super tough for me - I got pregnant, and unfortunately miscarried in my first tri - but even during the darkest times, I knew I could come and workout and there was a -path- to being physically fit even when my body failed me. I don't know what 2022 will bring, but I am so grateful to you, on this last day of 2021 for giving me a way to work out when I really needed to get up and push myself. Ufff what a killing workout! I remember the first day I started Epic I, I thought -Agh, this is gonna be easy peasy- but I could barely finish those exercises that day! And I was struggling with push ups since years until I started your programs.
I have improved a lot and ALL THANKS to YOU! Your smile, your perfect explanation and method were absolutely a game-changer.

Woot! Woot! As they say in the Caribbean islands. Thanks for getting my 56-year-old butt back in shape. I started a business 5 years ago and lost all my exercise discipline (I've exercised regularly since I was 12, feeling I couldn't fit it in. Then I got depressed about it. I needed something structured to get me back into the habit & your videos did just that! Now it's time to start on HEAT! Oi. Keep 'em coming!

I just finished EPIC II and may be really late to the party but all I can say is wow. Thanks so much for your dedication Caroline and for making me get into the best shape of my life. Even as a teenager I wasn-t this tough and resilient. I play lots of basketball and your training has helped me so much with my cardio. Thanks and thanks again!

You've motivated me to keep working out during the pandemic - As you said there were moments I loathed the workout, but pausing the video, taking a breath, then gaining the momentum to finish each and every time. Yay I finally finished epic 2 9 months later than everyone hehe but I've been doing her programs out of order/my own order! This one took me a long time life just sort of happened. but I'm done feeling like I'm in a funk! On to the next one (catching up to endgame) - This finale was a blast!

I want to do this with my mom, but she has/gets back pain so it-s hard to find workouts she can do that won-t cause her pain. is this program back friendly or do you have any tips on what to do for that? she wants to workout too but not if it-ll make her back hurt ya know?

Is the best coach ever world, il every single second in this program, i feel more confident with my strength and my body, my immunity system feel too, thank you for do this program for people what we cant go to the gym for too much reasons, thanks for this epic feelings-

Gutted I couldn't give it my all today. Was soooo tired having slept badly but am glad I showed up anyway. Shame I couldn't put in 100% for the finale. Looking forward to starting epic 3 though!
