UNREPEATED 30 MIN Leg Workout - No Repeat - EPIC Heat - Day 37 - Caroline Girvan

Ready for a complete leg session? So much variety with no repeat exercises to help strengthen the quads, hamstrings and glutes with dumbbells and bodyweight exercises! A real challenge from the first exercise! For this leg workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, a wall and a yoga block/thick book, however this is options and still can be completed without the elevation aspect! The dumbbells I am using are 15kg each. Some of the exercises involve x2 dumbbells, others X1 dumbbell and some bodyweight only! But don-t underestimate the bodyweight exercises within this workout! The timer will be on for 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest with each exercise! 2 x DUMBBELL WALL SIT! HEEL ELEVATED SQUATS STATIC LUNGE W/ PULSE REAR STEP LUNGE (same side) STATIC LUNGE W/ PULSE (switch) REAR STEP LUNGE (same side) STEPPING TO CURTSEY LUNGE FOOT ELEVATED CURTSEY LUNGE (same side) STEPPING TO CURTSEY LUNGE (switch) FOOT ELEVATED CURTSEY LUNGE (same side) SQUAT W/ BOTTOM PAUSE ELEVATED REAR STEP LUNGE (bodyweight) ELEVATED REAR STEP LUNGE (switch) COSSACK SQUAT LUNGE HOLD! STATIC LUNGE / JUMP (same side) LUNGE HOLD! (switch) STATIC LUNGE / JUMP (same side) UNEVEN SQUAT UNEVEN SQUAT (switch) WALL SIT MARCH RDL STAGGERED SQUAT 1/2 REP STAGGERED RDL (same side) STAGGERED SQUAT (switch) 1/2 REP STAGGERED RDL (same side) SINGLE LEG HAMSTRING LIFT W/ x1 DB SAME SIDE REVERSE PLANK LIFT SINGLE LEG HAMSTRING LIFT W/ x1 DB (switch) SAME SIDE REVERSE PLANK LIFT FINISHER! 2 MINUTE SQUAT BURNOUT! 1/2 REPS! 1 1/2 REPS! HOLD! FULL RANGE! For me, the most challenging was the lunge holds and the reverse plank bodyweight lifts!

37 days of epic heat later, my legs are less like jelly. I was shaking during those lunge hold jump sets but I did it. Every workout that I finish gives me a sense of accomplishment. It was hard. Every workout is. But I keep telling myself I can do it. I take breaks and I do it. NGL my life is currently very random with no routine or purpose or whatever. but I make sure I workout with caroline, daily. 13 days to go.

Indeed this was quite a session and definitely felt the burn. Nice when you can do separate workouts for upper and lower body, makes it more intense. Always good to see when the instructor is in pain too. -Happy 1M and lets go for 2M. Thanks again for everything you do. Moe

When the 5kgs dbs doesn't feel the same anymore as the day 1 of epic heat-
This no repeated legs workout was really amazing! I love this and I would like to do it again with a heavier db-. Thank you so much, Caroline, for making this challenge and do it together.

Just finished this one, and I absolutely loved it. My knees can't handle bulgarian lunges anymore, so this combination helped me work my quads without feeling the need to modify. Once again, thank you so much Caroline for this fantastic workouts. Xxx

The wall sit at the start with 15kg each felt so good. The single hamstring lift was a little tricky at the end. I totally agree the lunge holds with 15kg each were a killer I did have to take pauses throughout and the reverse plank bodyweight lifts.

I've always loved Caroline's leg workouts because it's just a pure leg day for me but THIS ONE is gonna be on my all-time favourites! It was perfect and the fun i had during and after the workout is everything: D love you Caroline

this is the hardest, most effective leg workout i've ever come across. it works glutes and hamstrings just as much as quads. thank you so much! i'm in pain but the pump is great.

Another fantastic leg workout. My legs are looking so different to nearly 30 weeks ago when I found you CG. RDL-s are my absolute favourites --
